Pastor Rochelle Wilson is an entrepreneur, award winning educator, speaker, and 5x author. For decades, Rochelle has empowered and transformed the lives of women, men, and children through educational consulting, business coaching and anti-bullying advocacy.
Over the past 20 plus years, Rochelle has served in a number of leadership capacities as an educational leader. In her most recent role as the State Director the DC State Education office, her portfolio of work impacted 211 schools and she was fiscally responsible for a budget in excess of 50 million dollars.
Rochelle Wilson is co-founder of Success Geeks Inc, a brand that sets out to build the capacity of men and women in the areas of business, finance, career empowerment and personal development. Success Geeks has transformed the lives of entrepreneurs through VIP coaching, mentorship, book coaching, training, and live events. She is also the CEO of The Ed Firm, a boutique style educational consulting company.
As the CEO of The Ed Firm, she helps thousands of children, educators, and families through her expert technical assistance and leadership training.
Rochelle currently serves as COO of Fresh Dry Cleaners, a family owned business where her husband is the CEO. She is also the founder of “Color Me By Rochelle Wilson”, a vegan and cruelty free nail polish line.
In 2012, Rochelle launched the Stop Bullying Me Campaign, a non profit that provides free anti-bullying resources to children and adults. She designed this non-profit to help eradicate the issue of bullying through free advocacy, training and in-person live events. In 2021, Rochelle wrote her first children’s book, “Stop Bullying Me”.
This book teaches the reader the importance of empathy and respecting differences.
Rochelle Wilson, is the Executive Pastor and First Lady of Another Level Church (ALC) in Capitol Heights, Maryland. where she serves alongside her husband. They started the church on March 2, 2008, with 8 people and since then, the church has grown tremendously and impacted hundreds of lives. Rochelle has received a number of awards and recognition in the business and education space.
Rochelle comes from humble beginnings and believes in paying it forward.
For the past five years, Rochelle has hosted women from a local transition housing program at her annual sold out event, The Beautiful Boss Ladies Brunch. These women receive free event tickets, food, and a makeover.
Pastor Rochelle Wilson received a BA in Early Childhood Education from The George Washington University and a MS in Organizational Leadership from Nyack College. She is married to Pastor Ishmael Wilson and they are both raising 5 gifted children.
